Located around 4 km from the city center, Rajkot Airport is a public airport located in Rajkot, Gujarat. The airport is also known as Civil Aerodrome Rajkot and has an apron for parking one Boeing 737 and one ATR 72 aircraft. It has a 5400 feet runway and daily flights are operated from here by Jet Airways and Air India. Currently, there are various plans accepted for expansions and the government is working on building a new terminal.
